We work with lots of vets through our sister company VetSuccess, providing a full-service design and print solution for busy practice owners.
We generally start from scratch with their branding if they need that and in some cases we will use existing branding to create welcome folders and healthy pet club packs, appointment cards, vaccination records and a whole bunch of other in-house, branded material that the vets can use to enhance their service to their customers.
One of our most common products is an A5 4pp single pocket “Welcome Pack” presentation folder which usually holds a set of 4 stepped insert sheets and acts as an introductory pack for new customers – it holds an appointment card and is a really usefull and practical document for the new customer to take away with them after their first visit.
We also provide a very comprehensive “Pet Health Care” pack, which we design in the branding style of the practice, this usually consists of a vinyl binder with dividers and contains pet specific information (for either dogs, cats and rabbits) that the customer can refer to during the life of the animal (see example below).
Our customer Downes Veterinary Surgeons wanted the flexibility of a printed presentation folder but with the ability to hold all the information required in the “Pet Health Care” pack.
In order to create a usable design we created a bespoke folder that holds 4 stepped insert sheets (consisting of 3 4pp booklets and a 2pp sheet), a vacination record and a 12pp healthchceck record. The folder has one 0mm capacity pocket, one 2mm capacity pocket and a 3mm capacity pocket (see below).
We designed and printed this in full colour CMYK on 350gsm silk and matt laminated the outer cover to add durability, it also has a landscape appointment card slot in the centre pocket.
The outcome is a really useful folder that looks great and works brilliantly.
This folder style is now available from us for your own applications, so if you need a sample please give me a call (Martha) in the office and i’ll be happy to pop one in the post for you.
